Meet Arehim, the official blog mascot


This is Arehim Bernardino, and she will be the official Life Simulator Gamer mascot. She will be testing all the features of future Sims games and expansions and appear in reviews. Other versions of her will also be created whenever possible to feature in other games. Her traits are: neat, outgoing and good. You can find her in The Sims 4 Gallery under #lifesimulatorgamer. The Sims 4 CAS Demo is now available to everyone

Previously only a select group of simmers had access to the new Create-A-Sim demo. That's no longer the case, as Origin has made it public and free to download. You can find it on Origin's page.

The Sims 4 modding community is on fire!

It's still a whole month ahead before The Sims 4 release date, but some modders have already found a way to create custom content for the Create-a-Sim demo. According to the recent news at Simsvip, two major achievements have been accomplished:

First of all, a way of replacing default animations has been found, and two example mods have been released to the public. They can be seen at the following video by Simsvip:


Second: a recolouring tool is now available. It was created by the folks at Sims 4 Stuff n Things and is available here.

The Sims 4 Create-a-Sim Demo video compilation
